Apprenticeships are fully funded for most learners and employers — meaning there’s no cost to the learner and often no cost to the employer either.
✔ No upfront fees for learners
✔ Government-funded training
✔ Paid employment while you study
How It Works
Apprenticeships are funded by the UK Government through the Apprenticeship Levy or co-investment scheme. If the employer is a small business (with a wage bill under £3 million), the government typically pays 95%–100% of the training costs.
- Learners do not pay anything for their training
- Employers may pay nothing or just 5% of the course cost
- Employers also benefit from government incentive payments for hiring an apprentice
All apprenticeship training at Debut Academy is delivered by qualified tutors and includes workplace support, off-the-job training, and regular progress reviews.
