The VTCT Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy (Massage) is designed for learners who want to advance their career in beauty and holistic therapies. Over 12 weeks, you’ll complete all mandatory units, covering body massage, aromatherapy, stone therapy, Indian head massage, client care, health and safety, and promotional activities. While optional units are not included, this recognised achievement provides a solid foundation and is fully sufficient to progress onto Level 4 and higher qualifications.
Throughout this course, you’ll develop the knowledge and practical skills to deliver professional massage treatments. You’ll learn body massage, Indian head massage, aromatherapy using pre-blended oils, and stone therapy. Alongside this, you’ll build essential skills in client care, consultation, health and safety, and promotional activities, preparing you for a successful career as a qualified massage therapist.
Practical Treatments and Theory Knowledge Check
There are no formal prerequisite qualifications that you must have prior to undertaking this qualification. Your centre will have ensured that you have the required knowledge, understanding and skills to enrol and successfully achieve this qualification.

• £2846 if using government funding (Advanced Learner Loan)
• £2846 + VAT (£3415.20 total) if self-funding
Course fees are set by HM Government and published by the Education and Skills Funding Agency on the Learning Aims Reference Service (LARS).

To qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan, you must:
• Be aged 19 or over
• Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
• Be a UK national or have the right to live and work in the UK
