Designed for Level 3-qualified therapists, this course teaches advanced techniques including laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and microdermabrasion, while building salon management and client care skills. Delivered through a blend of Zoom theory and in-person training.
You’ll learn specialist treatments such as laser and light therapy for hair removal and skin rejuvenation, as well as microdermabrasion. You'll build your understanding of dermatology, microbiology, ageing physiology, client care, and salon operations. You’ll also gain knowledge in PR and marketing for the beauty industry—preparing you for senior and management-level roles in the sector.

Entry on to this qualification can be via previous attainment of a beauty therapy qualification at level 3.

Course fees are set by HM Government and published by the Education and Skills Funding Agency on the Learning Aims Reference Service (LARS).

To qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan, you must:
- Be aged 19 or over
- Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Be a UK national or have the right to live and work in the UK
