1 day per week in person
This qualification is ideal for learners aged 16+ who want to work in the beauty industry. You’ll gain the knowledge, understanding and practical skills to carry out a range of Level 2 and Level 3 beauty therapy treatments safely and effectively—covering everything from facials to body massage. A great route into employment or further training at Level 4.
You’ll learn to carry out professional treatments including skincare, waxing, brows, nails, massage, and electrotherapy. You’ll develop essential consultation, client care, and safety skills, plus build confidence in tailoring treatments to meet client needs. Optional advanced units such as microdermabrasion and intimate waxing further enhance your employability.
Practical Treatment and Theory Knowledge Check
Learners must have sufficient command of the English language to understand and undertake the recommended assessment methods for this qualification.
Course Fees & Funding
Most Debut Academy learners pay nothing upfront by using an Advanced Learner Loan through Student Finance England. This loan covers 100% of your tuition fees and is paid directly to us.

Course Cost for Level 3 Beauty Services
- £3345 if using government funding (Advanced Learner Loan)
- £3345 + VAT (£4014 total) if self-funding
Course fees are set by HM Government and published by the Education and Skills Funding Agency on the Learning Aims Reference Service (LARS).

To qualify for an Advanced Learner Loan, you must:
- Be aged 19 or over
- Have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Be a UK national or have the right to live and work in the UK
