Bi-Weekly Thursday Day
Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. You may be the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.Your actions will influence the customer experience and their satisfaction with your organisation. You will demonstrate excellent customer service skills and behaviours as well as product and/or service knowledge when delivering to your customers. You provide service in line with the organisation’s customer service standards and strategy and within appropriate regulatory requirements. Your customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.
Covers planning, delivering and assessing inclusive learning. Includes learning theory, session planning, curriculum design and classroom management in further education.
Portfolio evidence & End point assessments (EPA)
Apprentices will be required to have or achieve level 1 English and Maths and to have taken level 2 English and Maths tests prior to completion of their Apprenticeship.

How It Works
Apprenticeships are funded by the UK Government through the Apprenticeship Levy or co-investment scheme. If the employer is a small business (with a wage bill under £3 million), the government typically pays 95%–100% of the training costs.
- Learners do not pay anything for their training
- Employers may pay nothing or just 5% of the course cost
- Employers also benefit from government incentive payments for hiring an apprentice
All apprenticeship training at Debut Academy is delivered by qualified tutors and includes workplace support, off-the-job training, and regular progress reviews.
Am I Eligible?
- To qualify for an apprenticeship, you must:
- Be aged 16 or over
- Be living in England
- Not be in full-time education
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be employed or starting a job relevant to your chosen apprenticeship (We'll help match you with a suitable employer if you don’t already have one.)

Support lead educators with classroom management, lesson preparation, and learner engagement. Provide personalised support to pupils and help track progress.
Provide one-to-one or group tuition tailored to student needs. Help learners improve academic outcomes through tailored plans and engaging resources.
Deliver structured lessons and practical sessions to post-16 learners. Prepare resources, manage classroom dynamics, and assess student progress.
Design course materials and content to align with learning goals. Structure lessons that are inclusive, accessible, and outcome-driven.
Create and deliver digital courses using e-learning tools. Engage students through remote teaching and digital assessments.
Evaluate student portfolios and performance. Provide feedback, guidance, and grading that aligns with curriculum standards and professional expectations.
