This is a fabulous vacancy for a potential therapist. We want to see passion and maturity in our applicants that want to succeed in the beauty industry. The salon is based in the Hamlet Court Area of Westcliff on Sea. There are a variety of shops with a high level of passing trade. The owner has had this salon for 16 months and has built a good clientele for hair and beauty. They are currently looking to expand their beauty department and are looking for an apprentice to join their team. It is a modern salon with staff that are very friendly and supportive. The employer requires the successful apprentice to hold a Level 2 qualification in Beauty Therapy. This will enable the new apprentice to use their skills from their level 2 and build a clientele. In addition to this, the apprentice will be required to attend our college on day release at Debut Academy in Wickford Essex. As you will be studying an NVQ L3 Nail qualification.
The successful apprentice will be paid a minimum of £111 per week which is paid by your employer. You will be practising the treatments you learn at college in salon. This will build your confidence and make you a valuable asset to your salon. The apprenticeship will run for 1 year with a view to obtaining a permanent full time position in by our salon.
