Carla is the owner of both Debut Salons which are based in Wickford and Brentwood.
She is also the Director of Tuition at Debut Training Academy located in Wickford.
Kersti’s journey with Debut began in 2010.
She undertook courses in Spray Tanning and Classic Lashes and Level 2 Beauty.
Kay has been in the hair, nail and beauty industry for over 30 years.
Her journey began in 1971 when she was an apprentice hairdresser at Vidal Sassoon at Grosvenor House Hotel.
Charlotte began her beauty career in 2007.
Gaining her Level 1, 2 and 3 Beauty qualifications at South Essex College.
Zoe began her journey into the beauty industry at the age of 13.
She was employed as a Saturday girl in a salon. Within a couple of years she enrolled onto a NVQ Level 1 Hairdressing course in 2001 whilst undertaking work experience at Taco Hair Designers.
Janine has worked in the Nail and Beauty Industry for the past 9 years.
Her experience has been gained over this time by working with different companies such as Herts Academy of Beauty, Debut Academy, Nail Harmony and MAC Cosmetics.
Laura joined Debut Academy as a tutor in November 2017.
Laura’s career in beauty began in 2008 when she completed her first qualification Level 2 Beauty and went onto Level 3, both at South Essex College.
Kailea’s first introduction into beauty was in 2004.
She enrolled at South Essex College and completed Level 2 Beauty, followed by Level 3 Beauty.
Anna began her beauty career in 2011.
She studied and qualified in Level 2 and 3 Beauty at Hertford Regional College.
Charlotte joined Debut Academy in September 2019.
She has been employed in beauty for 10 years and feels passionately about making sure the standards within this industry are high.
Amy has trained and worked in the beauty industry for the past 10 years.
She is very motivated and passionate about her career and she is keen to develop new skills and take on new responsibilities to become an established teacher of a high standard.
